Senior Director
ClearView Energy Partners LLC
Christine Tezak is a senior strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience guiding institutional investors, corporate executives, and boards as they navigate complex, high-stakes environments. Clients and industry colleagues value her ability to identify trends across multiple policy and regulatory disciplines and distill them into actionable insights to exploit opportunity or manage risk in short-term financial positions and long-term capital allocation strategies across the diverse, interrelated sectors of the energy/utility, infrastructure, and clean technology industries.
In 2012, ClearView Energy Partners, LLC recruited Christi as a strategic leader to expand the firm’s research capabilities. She spearheaded the electricity practice, founded the firm’s expertise in natural gas and liquid pipelines, and expanded its expertise in environmental regulation. After driving a 50% increase in firm revenues in her first year, over her tenure she continued to drive business development, client relationships and mentor junior professionals.
Christi’s experience as a capital markets analyst laid the foundation for her evolution into a trusted advisor. She has leveraged her ability to assess the impact of fast-moving events on debt and equity portfolios held by institutional investors into informed and practical recommendations for corporate clients making long-term infrastructure capital commitments. Christi’s broad network of institutional investors, policymakers, advocacy groups, executives, and industry stakeholders provides the foundation for her independent and balanced analyses and underpins her ability to deliver it tactfully in high-pressure situations.
A skilled strategist and collaborator, Christi brings a proven track record of shaping organizational change. She served 18 years on the board of the Women’s Council on Energy & the Environment (WCEE). In her 12 years as an Executive Committee member, she initiated the revamp of the organization’s fundraising approach and then steered the adoption of a new governance structure, driving a 400% growth in membership over six years. Christi also led talent initiatives to manage WCEE’s growth, including hiring the first full-time Executive Director. She was honored as a WCEE Champion in 2015 for her contributions to the group’s mission of mentoring and advancing women in their careers. In 2025, she re-joined WCEE as an Advisor, to advise the Board on its post-pandemic strategic planning initiative.
