Bob is a recognized industry thought leader on all aspects of the Upstream. He advises Boards, CEO's and management teams on strategic direction. He has been involved in many of the industries pivotal projects - TOR acquisition by Petrobras, a $10 billion arbitration; Oil export approval in the US; and restructuring of several of the industries major operators. He focusses on helping companies understand future trends and how to position themselves in the market. He also provides advice on how to build a better narative for shareholders. Bob has 40 yrs in the industry and has been an senior executive at ConocoPhillips as well as at S&P Global (Now a part of S&P Global).
He sits on four industry Boards and is chair of the supply and demand committee at the Independent Petroluem Association of America (IPAA). He is a frequent industry executive speaker as well as media source for the major outlets. Bob holds a AB in Geology from Hamilton College and lives in Houston.

Ricardo has extensive technical, commercial, and business development experience in projects for the oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) industry. His expertise in structuring sizable projects encompasses experience in petroleum geology, business environment and assessing opportunities in South America, West and Southern Africa, Oman and Australia. Prior to joining S&P Global Energy, he held several managerial and technical roles at Petrobras, Brazilian Petroleum National Agency, PGT, Vale Oil & Gas and other companies.
An experienced oil and gas geologist, Ricardo holds two masters degrees in Geology, a Ph.D. in Quantitative Basin Analysis from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and an MBA from the Dom Cabral Foundation.

Mariana is an expert at developing fundamentals-based supply, demand, and price forecasts and an understanding of the associated risks. Mariana focuses on cost, technology and gas policies for Latin America. With large experience in the oil and gas segment, her research involves upstream costs and technology, as well as planning and control, programming, modeling, renewable energy, engineering and consulting. Prior to joining S&P Global (now part of S&P Global), she worked at Petrobras and Doris Engineering, where she developed projects including front-end engineering and design for the presalt platforms and risk analysis for oil and gas enterprises.
Mariana holds a bachelor's degree from the Fluminense Federal University, Brazil, a specialization in oil and gas supply chain from Brazilian Petroleum Institute, and an MBA in corporate finance.

Felipe has more than fifteen years of international consulting experience in the oil and gas industries, particularly in Latin America's refining sector. He is also responsible for US West Coast (PADD 5) downstream research and analysis. His expertise includes assisting clients with operational performance improvement, market and configuration studies, as well as strategic initiatives. He has been a speaker and advisor to the main congresses and conferences in the region. Prior to joining S&P Global, he was a senior executive consultant at KBC Advanced Technologies Inc., performing energy efficiency projects, on-site technical support for oil refineries and business development in Latin America.
Felipe holds a Chemical Engineering Bachelor of Science from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Master of Science from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He is based in Los Angeles, California, US, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
