Lin is the head of Sustainability Analytics Services (SAS), part of S&P Global Horizons. She oversees a global team of experts who work directly with client, and help customers get analytical insights around Sustainability and Climate Risk. Lin and her team have experiences working with clients from both financial sector and non-financial corporates. She’s worked on projects to help clients identify ESG materiality topics, quantify scope 1,2, and 3 carbon emissions, and assess exposure to climate related risks.
Lin joined S1 from S&P Global Energy, where she spent just over 10 years covering many aspects of the energy market. Lin was among the contributing authors on S&P Global Energy’ Energy Transition Atlas and is an expert in renewable policy. She is very passionate about Sustainability analytics, with past experience interning at UN’s Dept of Economic Affairs, and at IIASA with research on the risks from climate policy uncertainties. Lin also holds a Ph.D. degree for Energy Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Phillip has been part of the PCAF Secretariat for two years. Initially leading and building PCAF’s technical assistance team before also becoming PCAF’s UK Chapter lead. Phillip has now moved into a role that focuses on working with other participants in the net zero ecosystem to represent and implement PCAF.
He is also a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, a global management consultancy. His work focuses on sustainable finance and net zero strategy development and implementation.
