S&P Global Platts has discontinued clean barge rates for the West of Suez market effective December 16, 2019, following the initial proposal to do so on July 15, 2019.

These assessments appeared in Platts Clean Tankerwire, Platts Global Alert pages MH0914 and MH1918 as well as Shipping Alert page SH1350 and in the Platts price database under the codes above.
