The wording should read as follows.
Please note that effective December 23 and December 24, Platts will publish bids, offers and trades in its Market on Close assessment process for refined product barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15/5-15 days forward range. Please note that the assessment remains unchanged.
The full detail for each day can be seen below:
On December 23 MOC dates will be December 30 - January 07 (FE dates: December 30 - January 03; MW dates: January 01 - January 05; BE dates: January 03 - January 07)
On December 24 MOC dates will be December 31 - January 08 (FE dates: December 31 - January 04; MW dates: January 02 - January 06; BE dates: January 04 - January 08)
In addition, on December 30 and December 31, Platts will publish bids, offers and trades in its Market on Close a process for refined product barges that load 4-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15/5-15 days forward range. Please note that the assessment remains unchanged.
On December 30, MOC dates will be January 03 - January 14 (FE dates: January 03 - January 07; MW dates: January 05 - January 09; BE dates: January 10 - January 14)
On December 31 MOC dates will be January 04 - January 15 (FE dates: January 04 - January 08; MW dates: January 06 - January 10; BE dates: January 11 - January 15)
On December 24 and December 31 all European oil assessments will be basis 12:30 London time, with all cut-offs and timings commensurate with a close at that time. Please note that on December 25 and December 26 as well as January 01, no European and African oil assessments will be published out of London, in line with the Pricing Holiday Schedule.
