Two-time Sports Emmy Award winner Brian Gordon is currently the SVP of Broadcast and Media for the National Women’s Soccer League. He joined the league in October, 2021 and oversees production for more than 150 national and 190 global NWSL live broadcasts. In 2024, he helped drive the NWSL’s record breaking media deal that increased rights 40x higher than the previous deal. He manages the day-to-day relationships with the league’s broadcast partners CBS, ESPN, Prime Video and Scripps/ION, and is an Executive Producer of the NWSL’s first ever Prime Docuseries “For the Win, NWSL.”
Prior to joining the NWSL, he was the SVP of Marketing and Media for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee where he was the Executive Producer of more than 120 hours of Original and Live Event Programming airing on NBC, NBC Sports Network and the Olympic Channel. His team was nominated for two National Sports Emmy Awards for “Road to Rio, the Paralympic Super Trials” and the reality show “Milk Life presents the Next Olympic Hopeful.” Under his leadership and using state-of-the-art data and analytics reporting tools, the TeamUSA.org website and social media network experienced record growth in traffic, social engagement and video consumption.
Brian was also the key USOPC programming and production liaison between the USOPC, NBC and the International Olympic and Paralympic Committees, helping coordinate media, marketing and sales activations for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Brian helped produce NBC’s 2014 Winter Olympic Games Opening Ceremony and assisted with primetime programming originating from International Broadcast Center. Additional NBC productions included the Emmy Award winning broadcast of Super Bowl XLIX, Horse Racing’s Triple Crown, the Breeder’s Cup and the Premier Boxing Champions Series.
Previously as the V.P. of marketing brand content and distribution for Van Heusen and IZOD, he co-created the award-winning “Van Heusen Institute of Style” campaign starring Steve Young and Jerry Rice as well as “IZOD’s Race to the Party” campaign starring Mark Wahlberg, Mario Andretti and Danica Patrick. He worked from 2004-2010 as vice president and executive producer for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Productions, where he produced both original and live event programming for ESPN, ABC and NBC.

Brad Ramsey is senior vice president of Media Operations for TEGNA Inc. (NYSE: TGNA), where he oversees day-to-day operations and has full P&L responsibility for some of the most successful and trusted local media brands in the country. As head of sports rights, Brad has led the execution of 15 agreements in the past 18 months with some of the most prominent teams in professional sports. In 2025, TEGNA became the first broadcast company in the modern distribution era with full-season team rights across the NBA, WNBA, NHL, and MLB.
Brad also oversees syndicated programming across TEGNA’s 51 markets and represents the company on the ABC Television Affiliate Board of Governors, where he serves on the executive committee and chairs the network news committee.
Previously, Brad served as president and general manager of WFAA, TEGNA’s ABC affiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth. During his seven-year tenure, the station earned 17 of journalism’s highest national honors, including the National Edward R. Murrow Award for Overall Excellence, the NAB’s Service to America Award, and five Station of the Year honors from the National Press Photographers Association.
Brad is in his second tenure with TEGNA, having earlier served as vice president of sales for 39 stations and as president and general manager of WVEC in Norfolk, Virginia. Brad also served as global chief revenue officer of Boats Group (boats.com), leading a sales transformation across more than 100 countries. He began his career with Gray Television, rising from sports reporter to general manager over a 12-year span.

Scott Robson is senior research analyst in the Kagan media research group within S&P Global Market Intelligence, with a focus on US cable TV networks. In his current role, Scott analyzes the economics of broadcast, premium, cable and regional sports networks.
