Prior to joining the company, Darren worked at both Barclays and UBS where he ran technology and operations across OTC, Futures, FX and regulatory change programs. He began his career as a management consultant at PwC focusing on Manufacturing & Pharmaceuticals. He has been active in industry organizations and previously co-headed the ISDA Credit Derivatives Implementation Working Group during the global financial crisis.
Darren holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from Cornell University and received his MBA from the University of Georgia, both United States.

Jocelyn leads the credit strategy globally for our private markets portfolio monitoring platform, iLEVEL, and co-hosts our Private Markets 360o podcast. In this role, Jocelyn leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with product, sales and client engagement to ensure we are innovating to support future market and client needs. Previously, Jocelyn held roles including global head of private credit strategy for WSO, our loan administration and loan agency solution, as well as regional head of our private valuation services.
Jocelyn joined S&P Global in 2016 with 15 years of asset management experience across private credit, direct lending, asset-based finance, special situations, and private equity. This experience includes eight years at Fortress Investment Group as a Vice President of Asset Management in the Credit Funds. Jocelyn managed middle market direct loans and asset-based finance investments and focused on restructuring distressed investments stemming from the 2008 financial crisis. Jocelyn also worked at D.B. Zwirn & Co. focusing on asset management and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where she was part of the asset-based lending portfolio management and audit teams.

Alfredo Milera is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Lending Solutions. With over 12 years of experience at S&P Global, he has held several key positions that showcase his expertise in driving business growth and enhancing client solutions.
In his current role as Head of Lending Solutions, which he assumed in July 2025, Alfredo leads a team dedicated to providing innovative lending solutions that empower institutions to navigate the complexities of the credit asset class. Prior to this, he served as Head of WSO, where he was instrumental in delivering leveraged loan and high-yield solutions, helping clients optimize their investment strategies. Alfredo has also held roles including Head of Sales for Software Solutions and Head of CLO & Private Debt Sales for North America.
Before joining S&P Global, Alfredo gained substantial experience in sales and operations at prominent firms, including StarCompliance, Charles River Development, RTS Realtime Systems Inc., and the Chicago Board Options Exchange.

Michelle Ruggiero is an Executive Director within Client Lifecycle & Regulatory Solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she leads Client Lifecycle Management and Client Reference Data.
In this role, she drives automation and efficiency for asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, broker-dealers, custodians, and fund administrators, ensuring they meet their client lifecycle and regulatory requirements through the Counterparty Manager suite of solutions.
With extensive expertise in Client Lifecycle Management—including onboarding, KYC, credit risk, tax, global regulatory compliance, workflow, and project management—Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Prior to joining S&P Global, she spent five years in the Operations division at Barclays, focusing on the Client Onboarding team.

Prior to assuming the product management role for EDM, Kieran ran the solution engineering teams at CoreOne Technologies and DST Global Solutions.

Hali McClelland has responsibility for the go-to-market strategy for our WSO and WSO Managed Services business at S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Hali leads WSO and WSO Managed Services with responsibility for strategy, product development and client engagement. Since joining the company in 2004, she has held a variety of leadership roles across Lending Solutions, including positions in WSO operations, implementations and pre-sales.
Most recently, Hali served as Head of Adoption and Business Development for our Loan Platforms solutions. The Loan Platforms solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence support the leveraged and syndicated loan markets and include products such as ClearPar, Loan Reconciliation, Notice Manager, Loan Reference Data, ADFlow and Loan Processor.

As Global Head of Private Markets & Thought Leadership, Ruth Yang is responsible for developing and expanding S&P Global Ratings’ coverage of private credit alongside the franchise’s market engagement in both public and private markets through thought leadership outreach. She serves as the Chair of the cross-divisional S&P Global Private Debt Research Lab.
Previously, she led the company’s Credit Research & Insights research team, overseeing the creation and publication of macro-credit and thematic research, risk assessments, rating transition analyses, and credit market forecasts while governing the Credit Conditions Committee (CCC) process. Ruth has more than 25 years of experience in the leveraged finance markets—including with Fitch Solutions as Managing Director for Leveraged Finance Intelligence, where she was responsible for developing their leveraged finance offerings; and with Leveraged Commentary & Data, where she managed leveraged finance content and operations globally for more than 15 years.

Jack works centrally between product, development and operations to deliver solutions for syndicated loan market participants. In the role of Business Development Director, he works closely with clients to understand the challenges presented by the asset class and to design technological and operational solutions.
Jack joined the firm in 2005 as an operational associate for the ClearPar platform, developing relationships across the market and a deep understanding of the tools the market needs to continue growing.

Marjorie Chee heads Commercial Transformation for our Lending Solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Based in New York, Marjorie is responsible for identifying and creating new business and revenue opportunities across our Lending Solutions portfolio. Additionally, she also oversees the commercial strategy for our WSO Compliance and Accounting Services initiatives.
Before this role, Marjorie led the Managed Services business within our Regulatory & Compliance product line and managed the KYC Services business, developed in partnership with leading global financial institutions to streamline Know Your Client (KYC) requirements across the industry.
From 2002-2015, Marjorie held multiple senior positions at Goldman Sachs in New York and London, focusing on AML Compliance and Client Onboarding. She has crafted global Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) policies across various entity types, implemented Quality Assurance (QA) and training programs for institutional onboarding, and served as the primary contact for internal and external regulatory audits.

John La Vecchia is the Chief Revenue Officer for S&P Global Market Intelligence, leading the division’s commercial strategy and its global sales team. He is a member of the division’s Operating Committee.
Prior to becoming Chief Revenue Officer, John served as the Head of Revenue for the Enterprise Solutions business line within Market Intelligence. He is a seasoned sales professional with a career that began in the technology sector, selling test equipment for Hewlett-Packard. In 1992, he transitioned to finance, joining the Institutional Fixed Income sales team at Merrill Lynch. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, he contributed to investments in electronic trading and fixed income start-ups, including Securities Hub, which was later acquired by Markit.
John joined Markit, which was ultimately acquired by S&P Global, in 2009, where he held various sales leadership roles as the firm expanded. In his current role, he collaborates with sales and commercial leaders across Market Intelligence to strategically position the division for a new era of growth. He remains actively engaged with clients and prospects, dedicating significant time to understanding their needs.

William has an extensive background in information reporting, documentation and withholding. He serves as one of the tax subject matter experts regarding the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the OECD's Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Qualified Intermediary (QI) compliance and Section 871(m). He works with several financial institutions, including large multi-national banks, insurance companies and funds. William has a broad range of experience assisting clients in the implementation of process and procedures for operational tax compliance. Prior to joining S&P Global, William spent over 12 years with HSBC where he was seconded in the United Kingdom and acted as the Group's subject matter expert with respect to FATCA. He was also responsible for the Group's QI program; and had oversight of internal testing, audit preparation and risk management. William has also worked with U.S. withholding compliance issues and led successful Voluntary Compliance Program submissions.
