James Zhao
Principal Analyst, SSD and HDD, S&P Global
James Zhao is a principal analyst at S&P Global in the Shanghai office.
Mr. Zhao is responsible for forecasting and analysis of the storage
markets including solid state drives (SSD) and hard disk drives
(HDD). Before joining S&P Global, he spent eight years with INTEL
and Micron as the wafer lever testing lead on NOR Flash Memory,
then six years with Sandisk/WDC as a Principal System Engineer for
Enterprise SSDs. His duties scoped from design validation, NPI to
product manufacturing bring ups. Mr. Zhao holds a bachelor's degree
of electronic science and technology in HangZhou Electronic Science
& Technology University, China.
