Platts Forward Curve – Coal assesses the prevailing forward prices for two standardized coal derivative contracts in Europe and Asia – CIF ARA and FOB Newcastle. Both contracts are assessed on a 6,000 kcal/kg NAR basis and represent a market-on-close value.
