Senior ESG Client Engagement Specialist
Dr Warrick Fuchsloch is a senior client engagement specialist at S&P Global Sustinable1. He supports clients in implementing sustainability initiatives, enhancing their sustainability strategies, and benchmarking to mitigate ESG risks and meet regulatory requirements. He has worked extensively with the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), with responsibility for methodology development, analysis, and evaluation of financially-material sustainability themes. Prior to joining S&P, Warrick spent several years with LSE-based Andrada Mining Ltd. He graduated from Wits University with a PhD in Economic Geology.
Dr. Warrick Fuchsloch is a senior client engagement specialist at S&P Global Sustinable1. Acting as a subject matter expert, Warrick specialises in assisting clients in implementing sustainability initiatives, themes, and data within their workflows and benchmarking to mitigate ESG risks, address regulations, and enhance their sustainability strategies. Previously, Warrick was an ESG analyst with a materials and mining sector focus where he specialised in methodology development, analysis, and evaluation of financially-material sustainability themes within the Corporate Sustainability Assessment. Prior to joining S&P, Warrick spent several years with LSE-based AfriTin Mining Ltd, over which time they built a world-class Lithium-Tin-Tantalum mine in Namibia, where Warrick was attributed to exploration, process engineering, social and environmental management and oversaw most of the company's future project development goals throughout Africa. Warrick holds a PhD in Economic Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand where he researched and published articles on the orogenesis of transition metals and commodities and their value toward a climate-focused future.

Executive Director, Consulting
Aurian is a Senior Director in the Energy Transition practice at S&P Global, and is the global lead for critical minerals and metals consulting. With over twelve years of experience, he has led numerous consulting projects in the energy transition space, particularly within the metals and mining industry. Aurian has worked with major mining conglomerates, banks, governments, and energy companies. Aurian's expertise in critical minerals includes developing integrated supply, demand, and structural cost models, as well as creating decarbonization pathways for key commodities. He has also worked on emission reduction strategies and climate-related scenario analysis for mining producers. Notably, Aurian worked on Egyptian Government's Mining Masterplan between 2018 and 2021, supporting the Ministry of Petroleum in setting up its exploration auction round, its mining cadastre and bid evaluation criteria for the country's first ever mining auction.
Before joining S&P Global, Aurian was a Principal Consultant in Wood Mackenzie's Metals & mining consulting practice, focusing on iron ore, steel, and base metal. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the McGill University and an M.Sc. in Management from the London School of Economics.

Lindsay Napier serves as the Senior Sustainability Specialist at Hudbay Minerals, where she leads the company's external ESG reporting initiatives. With expertise in utilizing standardized reporting frameworks, ESG questionnaires, and regulatory requirements, Lindsay plays a pivotal role in analyzing company performance and driving continual improvement in sustainability practices. Her work ensures Hudbay's alignment with the evolving landscape of environmental, social, and governance standards, positioning the company as a responsible leader in the mining industry.

Sustainability Specialist, Energy & Natural Resources
Paul Atkinson works with global corporations in the mining, oil and gas, and utility sectors on energy transition strategies and alignment with a low-carbon economy. He brings a wealth of research and commercial experience from across the energy value chain, having worked in renewable power development, midstream oil and gas, and as part of S&P Global’s Energy and Natural Resources team. As a member of Sustainble1, he brings to bear a comprehensive perspective of sustainable business practices to provide companies in hard to abate sectors an understanding of climate and nature-related risk to operations, corporate strategy, finance and credit, and regulatory requirements. As a Coloradan, you can find Paul outside of work exploring the deepest reaches of the Rocky Mountains.
