The #ChangePays campaign brings to light the value of women in the workforce. Following the launch of the program at the 2019 World Economic Forum (WEF), we released data-driven research that demonstrated the value that women in the workforce bring to companies, markets and communities, and used strategic public art installations and engagement strategies to highlight our findings. Research findings were shared with WEF, the Institute of International Finance (IIF), International Monetary Fund (IMF) and others.
