Based in Washington D.C., Annie focuses on solar, storage, and western power market fundamentals as part of the Gas, Power & Climate Solutions team. She has contributed to research on offshore wind in California, tax credits in the Inflation Reduction Act, and carbon pricing in New York. Her previous research interests include risk and decision analysis, developing and historical nuclear energy, and environmental social entrepreneurship.
