Ken Eriksen is Senior Vice President, Head of Client Advisory and Development, and Agri Supply Chain, S&P Global Commodity Insights

Ken regularly speaks on commodity, transportation (barge, bulk ocean and container, rail and truck) and infrastructure issues, and is an expert witness in transportation, logistics and supply-chain matters. Ken joined IHS Markit (now part of S&P Global) in 2001, leading the Transportation, Industrials and Energy Services team, the Barge Fleet Profile, Barge Commodity Profile and Inland Barge Industry Fact Book, and co-leading S&P Global project consulting practice. Before joining the company, he worked for USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service, and for its Agricultural Marketing Service. He also worked as an international longshoreman for the Pacific Maritime Association.

Ken has bachelors and masters degrees in agribusiness and agricultural economics from Washington State University.
