Dougie serves as a solutions architect for risk and compliance, specialising in solutions for sellside institutions. He has extensive experience in supporting financial institutions with their client lifecycle management processes, achieving automation and operational efficiencies, and meeting regulatory requirements.Since joining S&P Global in 2015, he has developed a broad range of expertise across the entire Counterparty Manager suite of capabilities, including KYC, Screening, Onboarding, Regulatory Outreach, Workflow Management and Client Lifecycle. He has also fronted the implementation of a number of large-scale managed service solutions for Tier-One investment banks leveraging S&P Global Market Intelligence technologies and datasets, for use cases such as KYC Refresh and Regulatory Outreach.
Dougie studied Chemistry and holds a first class Bachelor of Science from the University of Durham.
