Yufei Li, senior research analyst of the Global Clean Energy Technology (CET) team covering Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) at S&P Global Commodity Insights.
Dr. Yufei has recently joined the Clean Energy Technology team developing market insights on the carbon sequestration technologies and related regulatory framework, where he leverages an interdisciplinary background in policy analysis and modeling practice to help private and public sector clients navigate the energy transition to a low-carbon sustainable economy of the future. Prior to joining S&P Global, Dr. Yufei has been involved in projects and research exploring the challenges and opportunities on a broad range of energy and sustainability topics including energy efficiency, power market transitions, and electric vehicles, through which he delivered multiple high-impact journal articles and reports.
Dr. Yufei holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, United States.
