Charu Kirti Jain is Product Manager for Corporate Actions at S&P GlobalMr. Jain leads the strategy and management of corporate actions solutions at S&P Global specialising in the standardization and automation of issuer to investor communications, disclosures processing, meetings and proxy voting, and electronic elections/ voting solutions. He oversees the ongoing platform growth, maturity and its adoption by a wide spectrum of industry players ranging from the exchanges to the custodians and their institutional clients, to the asset management firms and their portfolio managers.
Mr. Jain moved to product management for Information Mosaic in 2014, after over 13 years of experience working for custodians, asset managers and a securities depository to adopt corporate actions solutions. He holds an honours degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University, India.
