Eliot Kerr oversees the production of the France, Lebanon and Global Electronics PMI releases. He joined S&P Global in 2018 as an Economist in the PMI team, located in the S&P Global Bracknell office. Mr. Kerr holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
