Anthony Rayar

Anthony Rayar is a Director focused on U.S. ETF Strategy at S&P Global Market Intelligence. In this role, he partners with clients on ETF initiatives supported by Data Valuation Services, including bond pricing, private equity valuation, derivatives pricing, iNAV, PCF, and ETF and Index Management—enabling workflows across issuance, trading, market making, risk, and compliance.

Previously, Anthony was at Bloomberg LP, where he maintained the firm’s ETF dataset and collaborated with Bloomberg News and Bloomberg Intelligence to produce ETF industry research.

Anthony holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Rutgers Business School, with dual concentrations in Data Analytics and Supply Chain Analytics.
