Amira has been passionate about ETFs for more than a decade, bringing a deep understanding of ETF data and ETF markets. She works closely with ETF issuers, market makers, authorized participants (APs), and other stakeholders across investing, risk, compliance, and trading desks, helping ensure teams have the information they need to operate and trade with confidence.
Amira, head of ETF Product Management oversees the delivery of a normalized daily feed for global, multi‑asset‑class ETPs. The service also provides complete underlying constituent information together with daily NAV, Shares Outstanding, AUM, and Creation Units.
In addition, Amira brings hands‑on experience running, expanding, and modernizing ETF Forecasting as US Head of the Dividend Forecasting team, improving how forward‑looking basket and portfolio information is produced and distributed to the market. By increasing coverage, consistency, and speed of these workflows, ETF forecasts support tighter execution, better price discovery, and increased liquidity and secondary‑market trading.
Amira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, New York.

Thomas has more than fifteen years of experience at S&P Global (previously IHS Markit) and has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative new solutions, including the use of dividend forecasting in smart-beta indices and implementing a data science forecasting model. An expert commentator, Thomas is experienced speaking with financial media and at industry events.
Thomas graduated from the University of Exeter, UK, where he studied Business Economics.
