Warren Breakstone

Warren Breakstone leads the Data & Research business for S&P Global Market Intelligence, which delivers data-driven analytical solutions to 400,000 users spanning the buyside, sell side, and corporate markets. Warren oversees several key business lines, including Capital IQ, Data Management Solutions, Visible Alpha, With Intelligence, Issuer Solutions, S&P Global Marketplace, and related analytical, data visualization, and content solutions. Warren serves on the division's operating committee.

In his previous roles, Warren led the Capital IQ business and the Data Solutions business of Market Intelligence, along with responsibility for CUSIP Global Services.

With over 30 years of experience in banking and information services, Warren has held senior leadership positions at global firms such as Thomson Reuters, Primark, and The Chase Manhattan Bank. He joined S&P Global in May 2015 to lead the Investment Management business.

Warren holds a bachelor’s degree from Clark University and an MBA from George Washington University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association in New York, AJC in Westchester/Fairfield, and the S&P Global Foundation. He has also served on the Scarsdale Library Board of Trustees. Additionally, Warren is the executive sponsor of VALOR, S&P Global's Employee Resource Group that supports veterans and their families.
