Business Manager - U.S. & Canada Corporate Ratings
Latisha is a Business Manager for S&P Global’s U.S. & Canada Corporate Ratings. Her role entails partnering with stakeholders to help the practice and Global Ratings Services achieve their strategic priorities by facilitating change management, improving process efficiencies, owning key performance indicators/metrics, representing the practice in global initiatives and supporting business strategy, planning and execution.
She joined S&P Global, one of the most respected rating agencies, in May of 2015 as a Recovery Analyst and later transitioned to an Analyst covering telecommunication companies within the Corporate Ratings division. Prior to joining S&P Global, Latisha spent about 7 years in Finance where she worked at Wells Fargo, Bank of Montreal, and GE Capital as a Commercial Banker and a Workout Analyst. In addition, Latisha also has 8 years of military experience in the United States Army Reserve, where her responsibilities included logistics, supervising and managing assets for a medical brigade.
Latisha is a board member and Chair of the Membership Committee for S&P Global’s Employee Resource Group BOLD. BOLD's mission is to deliver programming that builds leadership competencies while increasing opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for Black employees and their supporters.
Latisha earned an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University.
