Frank Zeng

Frank is the lead for Asia crude oil and refined products engagements at S&P Global Energy.

Frank has been a member of the Global Energy Markets Engagement team at S&P Global Energy since 2019 and is the lead for Asia crude oil and refined products engagements; representing Platts at key stakeholder meetings and special projects. Frank started his career in S&P Global Energy covering various Asian Petrochemical markets and was Senior Editor, Asia Paraxylene before moving into his current role.

Frank has a Master's of Science in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources, University College London. Frank has eight years of experience in policy formulation, management consulting and benchmark price assessments in energy and commodities.

Prior to joining S&P Global Energy, Frank worked on carbon pricing and climate policy at Prime Minister's Office Singapore, where he started his professional career in 2013.
