Mrs. Sima brings over 15 years of extensive experience with S&P Global and its heritage companies, with a career spanning advisory and research roles focused on the energy sector. 

With nearly a decade in the Advisory practice, Mrs. Sima has developed deep expertise in upstream, automotive and transportation sectors, gaining a nuanced understanding of the dynamics shaping the global energy landscape. Throughout her advisory career, Mrs. Sima has successfully led large-scale, cross-functional projects, working collaboratively with client and internal teams to deliver actionable insights. 

Since joining the Upstream Research division in 2017, Mrs. Sima focused on the critical implications of the energy transition for the oil and gas sector. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, corporate and project financing, M&A activity, IPOs, bond issuance, and navigating company strategies. 

A frequent speaker and moderator at high-profile conferences, Mrs. Sima is recognised for her ability to navigate complex discussions on energy transition, financing, market and industry trends. 

Mrs. Sima holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School with a specialization in Petroleum Economics and Management from IFP School, both in France.
