Print and TV media frequently interview him for his views on crude oil and refining markets. His experience includes working with senior management teams on growth, acquisitions and operational solutions. Based in Singapore since 1999, he has advised a wide variety of clients including national oil companies, international oil majors, independents, and financial institutions in Asia Pacific. He began his oil industry career at Amoco (now part of BP) in the United States. ​
