Menzi Nkonyane

Menzi oversees the medium and heavy commercial vehicle production forecast for the Middle East/Africa region, providing comprehensive market intelligence, analysing emerging trends, and segmenting the truck and bus market to guide strategic decision-making for clients in the industry.

Before joining S&P Global, Menzi held a role at a leading global German automotive OEM, where he contributed to strategic projects across various Sub-Saharan African markets. Earlier in his career, he worked as an economic analyst at an automotive component association, focusing on industry trends and economic research.

Menzi is based in South Africa and holds a postgraduate qualification in Applied Development Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
