Sheila Moore

Sheila Moore is the director of the Upstream Capital Costs Service at S&P Global Energy.

Sheila is the director of the Upstream Capital Costs Service at S&P Global Energy. The Capital Costs Service is designed to help clients effectively monitor, forecast, and manage major capital investment costs for onshore and offshore field developments. Prior to joining S&P Global Energy, Sheila was with United Space Alliance, where she worked as a space shuttle instructor and on the Orion Flight Operations Integration Team.

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and a Master of Science from Rice University, United States.
