Terence Khoo is a Legal Researcher in the Upstream Transformation team at S&P Global Energy.

He is responsible for low-carbon policy, regulations, and incentives research and analytics. He is also involved in research of regulations and legislation surrounding flaring, venting, and associated gas.

He holds a MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and a BA in History from King's College London.
