Jyotsna works with financial institutions across the Asia-Pacific region to address evolving post-trade, asset servicing and market infrastructure challenges. She collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders to align business requirements with solutions that support operational efficiency, transparency and growth.

Jyotsna joined S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2021 and brings 12 years of experience spanning financial services, implementation consulting, product management and client engagement. Her background combines hands-on corporate actions expertise with experience supporting operational and technology transformation initiatives across APAC and EMEA capital markets. She is actively engaged with firms across Asia-Pacific, helping organizations navigate changing operational, regulatory and technology landscapes.

Jyotsna holds an Honours degree in Accounts and postgraduate qualifications in financial planning from the International College of Financial Planning, India. She has also earned industry certifications including the NSE's NCFM Capital Markets (Dealers) Module and the NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification.
