James Isaacs

James Isaacs is an editor and principal technical manager at S&P Global Commodity Insights covering Energy-Upstream activity within the Indian Sub-continent.
James manages our EDIN and GEPS team for India and Sri Lanka. His technical analysis and expertise is in Petroleum Geoscience with a regional focus on Upstream activity. He has delivered presentations and published several articles on the Indian Sub-continent upstream sector and was previously the editor for Bangladesh.
He holds a Msc in Petroleum Geoscience from Royal Holloway University of London, United Kingdom. Before joining S&P Global, James was a geologist for a UK based consultancy focusing on unconventional prospecting, he joined S&P Global(now part of S&P Global) in 2014 and has more than seven years of industry experience.
