Xiaoxiong (Henry) He is a graduate of the East China University of Science and Technology where he earned B.Eng. and M. Eng. degrees in Polymer Engineering. Henry joined S&P Global Energy in 2004. Henry's prior experience includes twelve years with Sinopec, followed by two years with Solomon (USA) Association. Henry's work had covered market research, competitiveness analyses, project feasibility studies, pacesetter performance improvement and development plan studies for the Chinese petrochemical industry. Henry's focus at S&P Global Energy Chemical now is on the CEH related to Chinese chemical fertilizer and industrial gas.
