Meg Francis is the Global Head of Customer Success for the Software product suite within Enterprise Solutions and has over 15 years of experience in the financial technology industry.  Ms Francis has served in multiple roles at S&P including Director of Operations, COO and Product Manager.  Prior to joining S&P Global, she worked at Inspired Gaming Group as Global Head of Service Delivery.
