Rodrigo Fiatikoski

Rodrigo Fiatikoski, associate director for the Regulatory Consulting practice at S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Rodrigo is a leading expert in policy, legislation and regulation. Over the last 15 years, he has advised prominent policymakers, regulators, trade associations, regulated companies and financial sponsors throughout the world. His experience spans upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas operations and carbon capture, utilisation and storage projects.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Rodrigo worked in the public sector and in international law firms. He is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators, the Brazilian Petroleum Institute and the Energy Institute.

Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Laws and a postgraduate diploma in constitutional law from the State University of Londrina, Brazil, a Master of Laws in petroleum law and policy from the University of Dundee and an executive programme in strategic management from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
