Franca Davila

Franca Davila is an Associate Director, Company Research at S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Franca is responsible for the analysis and strategic assessment of the exploration and production activities of IOCs and NOCs. She has more than 15 years of experience in energy company analysis and contributes to the Upstream Competition Service and the National Oil Company Strategies service. Her previous experience includes work in the International Development Division of ENDESA, in Santiago, Chile and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C.

Franca holds a BA from the College of William and Mary, an MA from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS), and an MBA from Columbia University.
