Alan Bullion, Ph.D.

Alan Bullion is Special Reports and Projects Director for Agribusiness at S&P Global Commodity Insights, publishing one-off reports on the crop science, animal health and fertilizers sectors.

Dr. Alan has worked as a special reports' publisher, analyst, journalist and editor for Agribusiness for over 20 years, having previously worked on specialist titles focusing on agriculture and food in Asia, and on organics, ethanol and biodiesel, particularly in Brazil. He also has expertise on the political impact of Brexit on UK agribusiness and crop science companies.

Dr. Alan was awarded a PhD by the University of Southampton for a thesis on the Sri Lankan civil war and conflict resolution processes.
