Przemek is a researcher and advisor focusing on technology aspect of M&As, portfolio investments and business development strategies for organizations serving Finance, Government, Retail and TMT.

His experience includes:

• Supporting strategy development for enterprises - due diligence, recommendations for M&A and investments, impact analysis, scenario planning, management consulting on strategy
• Technology assessment - existing and speculative technology assessments, innovation planning, Digital Transformation, cost benchmarking, and customer experience analysis

Before joining the Private Equity and Debt Fair Value Services team, Przemek overlooked all key engagements with Enterprise customers of S&P Global Market Intelligence Technology. During his time at S&P Global Market Intelligence, Przemek has also delivered specialist consulting services supporting clients across B2B strategic decisions (including outsourcing of non-core business processes and technology monetization), fundraising and understanding purchasing behavior.

Prior to this, Mr. Przemek worked as a Strategy Analyst at Discovery Networks. Przemek holds an MSc in International Applied Communication (UK), an MSc in Lobbying (the Netherlands) and an MSc in Business Administration (Poland).
