Paul Belin

Paul Belin is a Director of Strategy for S&P Global Commodity Insights Oil Markets, Midstream, Downstream & Chemicals Business.

Paul is responsible for the sales and delivery of S&P Global Commodity Insights strategy engagements across North America. With more than 15 years in energy, chemical and finance industries, he has extensive experience in advising senior industry executives on critical strategic issues and complex business challenges.

Paul previously worked in private equity in Europe focused on emerging markets and following his MBA from the University of Michigan has worked in strategic roles for majors likes Dow and Chevron. As a consultant has advised some of the largest oil& gas and chemical companies on several strategic projects including new market entry, growth strategy, diversification and asset disposition.
