Andy Bae is Senior Analyst of Korea Light Vehicle Sales Forecasting within the Automotive team at S&P Global Mobility.

As a senior analyst, Andy primarily conducts light vehicles sales forecasting and covers the research for the blending of automotive and economics, market dynamics, consumer behaviors, legislation, and competitive landscape surrounding South Korean auto markets through close engagement with auto industry practitioners and government officers.

He brings to the task a deep understanding of the auto sales trends, critical changes, and market issues, stemming from his immersion in auto industry and consumer perception changes for over 25 years as an analyst and managing roles.

Prior to joining S&P Global Mobility, Andy was an analyst in several market intelligence and consulting firms in the United States including ABI Research, Pike Research, and Navigant Consulting where he conducted research for mobile and wireless technologies, Smart Grid, electric vehicles, renewable energies, telematics, as well as Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), along with high end technologies. He was also a marketing manager for mobile telecommunication systems in Samsung Electronics.

Andy earned an MBA in technology and strategy management from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
