Ramana is the Head of Sustainability at Dexus and has more than 20 years’ experience leading sustainability, ESG and climate change locally and internationally and has extensive experience in developing integrated and embedded approaches to sustainability that support strategic priorities and commercial success of organisations. Ramana has worked across multiple industries including with IAG, Stockland and Vodafone. Working with the Board and Executive Committee, Ramana has accountability for developing Dexus’s sustainability and ESG strategy, including sustainability disclosures, and supporting sectors across the platform in execution and delivery. Ramana is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s National Sustainability Roundtable, was a previously a Co-Chair of the Coordinating Working Group for the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative and been recognised in the ESG Power50 and as a ‘Shared Value Trailblazer’ at the BOSS Magazine Shared Value Awards.

With expertise in climate analytics and sustainability regulation, Daniel Kaye provides insights, research, and client development on sustainability involvement in portfolios/loan books. Core areas of focus include SFDR, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, Paris Alignment, PCAF and physical and transition risk assessments. Having worked at S&P Global for over 5 years in a mixture of commercial and analytical roles, he has a multitude of experience across the buy side, sell side, insurance and corporate sectors.

Sustainability Solutions Specialist
Désirée is a sustainability and responsible investment specialist. As a solutions specialist, she consults with customers about S&P Global’s suite of sustainability services and helps them reach their business goals and requirements. Désirée’s experience spans from corporate sustainability strategy development and implementation to green building accreditations, integrated infrastructure planning and climate-related disclosures. With a background in environmental science and regulation, Désirée has worked with a large institutional client base consulting on ESG integration and ESG & climate risk data solutions. From 2021-2023, she worked as the Head of ESG for an award-winning ethical fund in Australia, where she was responsible for both ESG integration and stewardship activities with portfolio holdings. Désirée is published and quoted in publications such as Responsible Investor, Portfolio Institutional UK, Financial Standard and the AFR/The Age. She is an Honorary Associate of the UTS Finance Department of UTS Business School, an industry mentor with the Banking and Finance Oath initiative and, in 2022 and 2023, she mentored for RMIT University’s Future Skills course in Sustainability and Social Impact.
