Michelle P Cheong is Head of Thought Leadership for Credit Solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she leads the development of global thought leadership for credit risk. She has previously led product development for RatingsXpress, as well as business development and product management in S&P Global. Prior to S&P Global Market Intelligence, Michelle spent her career as a Portfolio Manager at Barclays Global Investors, State Street Global Advisors and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, with responsibility of AUM up to USD 1bn; specialising in alpha, portfolio construction and risk research. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics (with Distinction) and a Master's degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and completed the All But Dissertation at the Ph.D. program in Finance at Nanyang Business School, Singapore. Michelle offers a unique combination of practitioner and research expertise to the world of credit risk.

Mohammad Hassan heads up the APAC Equities Dividend Forecasting product and business for the Asia Pacific region and is based out of Singapore.
Hassan has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry with expertise spanning fundamental equity research, equity derivatives, quantitative investment due diligence on hedge fund strategies and indexation. Hassan is a regular speaker at conferences and is cited frequently for his views on macroeconomics, dividends and hedge funds in press and news media.
Hassan is a CFA Charter holder and holds a BA in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

Melissa Otto, CFA

Melissa is the Global Head of Visible Alpha Research at S&P Global. She leads the team producing comprehensive analysis of US and international companies, sectors, and industries for public and private equity, IPOs and M&A.
Prior to joining Visible Alpha, she spent 20+ years as an equity analyst and portfolio manager, investing in global technology and consumer stocks and the Pan-Asia region. In addition to her equity investing career, Melissa worked with engineering teams at data providers and Microsoft Azure building cloud-based solutions to centralize and aggregate critical investment data for investors.
Melissa studied Japanese at Harvard University, received her MA in economics from Brandeis University and MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a CFA charterholder. She is certified in Azure Fundamentals and Agile Project Management and recently completed The Business of AI course at Columbia Business School. She is a frequent media commentator on equities in the US and abroad.

His team provides comprehensive economic forecasts, country-risk scores, and geopolitical analyses on 48 economies across Asia-Pacific. Aries has published widely on a range of topics, from China's banking system and energy sector to Asia-Pacific's semiconductor industry and the global green bond market. He previously worked as the editorial lead, also at S&P Global Market Intelligence, overseeing the coverage of banking, insurance, financial services and real estate in the Asia-Pacific.
Before joining S&P Global in 2018, Aries had worked for the Wall Street Journal as the chief of its Hong Kong and Taipei newsrooms. He was also a finance editor at Caixin Global in Beijing. A Hong Kong native, Aries has a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford. He is also a lecturer for the Global Studies undergraduate program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
