DHI Group Inc. CFO Luc Grégoire is leaving the company by mutual agreement.

Kevin Bostick will replace Grégoire as finance chief, effective Dec. 16. Grégoire will remain with DHI Group in an advisory role during the transition period until February 2020.

Bostick previously was a partner and CFO at investment firm Level 5 Capital Partners.
