Carey Credit Income Fund 2017 T files for best-efforts IPO

Carey CreditIncome Fund 2017 T filed a Form N-2 for an initial public offeringof a maximum of 106,382,978 common shares at a price of $9.40 per share.

The shares will be offered on a best efforts, continuous basis.

The proposed maximum aggregate offering price is $1 billion,estimated solely to calculate the registration fee. The minimum permittedpurchase is $2,000 in shares.

Carey Credit Income Fund 2017 T is an externally managed,non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that intends toqualify as a business development company. It is managed by andGuggenheim Partners InvestmentManagement LLC.

Assuming all the share are sold in the offering at $9.40 pershare, net proceeds are expected to be $942.5 million. The company plans to usethe proceeds for investment opportunities, and, if necessary, the payment ofoperating expenses, other fees and expenses, and distributions.
