DivcoWest disposed of the 58,000-square-foot Telephone Building in downtown Santa Monica, Calif., to Rockwood Capital, the Commercial Property Executive reported.

The six-story office property at 1314 Seventh St. features retail space totaling 8,000 square feet. It last traded for $52.5 million in 2017, the report added, citing Yardi Matrix data.
