Li Zhiqiang joined the board of Hong Kong's Kai Yuan Holdings Ltd. as an executive director and chairman, effective June 12.

The appointee also serves on the board of Hong Kong-listed China First Capital Ltd. as independent nonexecutive director. He was also an executive director of Seamless Green China (Holdings) Ltd. until May 2017, and executive director and chairman of China Shanshui Cement Group Ltd. up until March.
