Gogo leads short interest losers in early September

GogoInc. saw the greatest decrease in short interest relative to sharesoutstanding among SNL Kagan-covered communications companies between Aug. 31and Sept. 15.

The Chicago-based company saw short interest decline 323basis points to 22.27% of shares outstanding at the end of the period.

InternapCorp. led the list of communications companies with the largestrises in short interest in the first half of September. Its short interest pershares outstanding rose 258 basis points to 3.19% as of Sept. 15.

Straight PathCommunications Inc. topped the list of most shorted communications companiesduring the period. The company saw short interest climb 30 basis points to24.20% of shares outstanding.
