Panama'sCaja de Ahorros has launcheda new business called Banca Seguros, which offers a range of insurance productsincluding life, accident and home insurance, Capital reported April 5.

The productsare available at any of the firm's 56 branches nationwide, the report said.

The newbusiness is aimed at offering clients alternatives that "allow our fellow countrymento have a better quality of life by planning for the future," Caja de AhorrosCEO Mario Rojas was quoted as saying.
