Skanska sells Washington, DC, office building for $163M

A Skanska AB unit sold the 234,000-square-foot 99M office building in Washington, D.C., for $163 million.

An affiliate of Polinger Development Co. will acquire the 11-story, 87%-leased property, which counts Common Grounds, Pyxera Global and Give Campus among its tenants.

Property transfer is expected in the first quarter 2020.
