S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a weekly rundown of select executive management and other personnel moves in the insurance industry. The changes are listed by announcement date in reverse chronological order.

Dec. 27

David Radulski, XL Group Ltd's director of investor relations, will retire March 31, 2017. Abbe Goldstein will succeed Radulski in the role.

Goldstein will join the company in January 2017 from Ambac Financial Group Inc., where he serves as managing director of investor relations and corporate communications.

Dec. 23

Anne Melissa Dowling, director of the Illinois Department of Insurance, is leaving the department in January 2017. Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner said he will appoint Jennifer Hammer to succeed Dowling as director of the department. Hammer currently serves as the deputy chief of staff for policy in the Office of the Governor.

Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. named Kathryn Sieman CFO and treasurer, the Insurance Journal reported. Sieman most recently served as executive vice president and CFO at SECURA Insurance A Mutual Co.

Chubb Ltd. promoted Graham Lambourne to head of multinational claims for overseas general insurance. Lambourne was previously Chubb's global clients claims manager for Europe.

Reinsurance Group of America Inc. appointed Anna Manning as the company's CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2017. Manning is succeeding outgoing CEO A. Greig Woodring who will retire Dec. 31, 2016.

In addition, Alain Néemeh will replace Donna Kinnaird as senior vice president and COO of the company, effective Jan. 1, 2017. Néemeh was previously senior vice president of global life and health markets. Kinnaird will retire Jan. 31, 2017.
