Daniel McGill, executive vice president and chief commercial banking officer of Marietta, Ohio-based Peoples Bancorp Inc. and unit Peoples Bank, is retiring, effective March 31. He has held the position since 2009.

The company appointed Douglas Wyatt, executive vice president for commercial banking, as his successor.
