Quorum Health Corp. agreed to sell 45-bed McKenzie Regional Hospital to Baptist Memorial Health Care.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health will use net proceeds to help repay its term loan facility.

The hospital operator expects to complete the deal by the end of the third quarter, subject to customary approvals and conditions. Operations at the McKenzie Regional Hospital are planned to be discontinued by Sept. 30.

In April, Quorum Health sold another hospital in Monroe, Ga.
