Bezant gets environmental approval for exploring Eureka copper project

Bezant Resources PLC received environmental impact assessment approvals allowing two years of exploration work at its Eureka copper-gold project in Argentina.

The approvals cover the project's most prospective license areas: Eureka, Paul I, Paul II, Julio I, Julio II, Gino I, Gino II, Mason I and Mason II. The company's planned exploration program will focus on parts of Eureka, Julio I and Julio II.

Bezant noted on May 20 that it does not intend to launch a drilling campaign on its own as it continues to seek a joint venture partner. However, the company will undertake preparatory work to define the primary drill targets.
